This is a drawing of me as a baby.

Done in chalk and blended with a pencil stub. It's hard to tell by the photo, but to get the eyelashes and eyebrows, I went in with an x-acto knife and cut in where each hair was. It was just as subtle as I needed it to be.
Unfortunately, after I was done drawing it, I sprayed it to keep it from smudging. I guess inexperience led me to spray too much, and that muted all of the strong qualities in it. It made it look more like a ghost baby in the shadows, not strikingly visible any longer. It really irritated me, and I haven't gone back over it yet, but FORTUNATELY I got a photo BEFORE it was sprayed. That is what you see here.
WATCH OUT FOR THOSE PROTECTIVE SPRAYS! SPRAY LIGHTLY AT A YARD'S DISTANCE TO BE SAFE!
