Artist Notes
During the time I was a member of a painting club in PA, I volunteered to paint a item to be used as a door prize. The White poinsettias are a portion of the main subject of that endeavor.

This was painted on a wooden surface using acrylic paint.

Joanna P

Joanna was born in New York City and moved to North Jersey when in elementary school. After High School she attended the Philadelphia Museum College of Art, then the Art Student's League and the School of Visual Arts both in NYC. She worked as a conventional graphic artist using (pen, ink, brush & opaque) and later as a computer artist in the textile engraving industry for many years. After retiring developed an interest in photography and finds editing her photographs great fun. She's always amazed how the humble CROP can transform a ho-hum picture into a WOW picture.....Her goal is to gradually learn as much as possible about manipulating photos and is always on the lookout for new ways to accomplish this. Her most recent camera is a Nikon D5100 which she hopes will help with those candid
people shots.
