fantastic drawings, of girl, lion and lamb, beautifully excecuted. I am unsure why the lamb has a shadow and the lion not, unless the light is coming from an odd angle. There should be a shadow as from behind his front paws going by the others, but it probably has to do with the status of LION.

Raoul, this is absolutely gorgeous to look at. I believe it should do well in the contest. The lion looks proud and protective of the woman walking with her head down as if to be deep in thought. I like the baby lamb prancing in front of them. Very artist and a joy to look at. Good luck in the contest.

Una is very well drawn. Love the dress color.
Your lion shows your techniques which show of the lions strong muscles and great mane.
Your little lamb is so cute, love the jumping to show movement. Great shadows.

I read the poem. Did you draw to compliment the poem? Well done. Reminds me of March , coming in like a lion and going out like a lamb. Rich, warm tones express the beautiful details and expressions of these characters. Even the soft brown background balances the forms. Well drawn

This is fantastic work! I enjoyed the accompanying poem as well, the details in all three subjects are so skillfully applied, the colors and tones and shading , their positions in this work as well as their individual positions make this an interesting piece , in draws the viewer in and invites a long visit. I am very impressed!

This is delightful and a bit whimsical. Such nice detail on the lion and the frolicing lamb. Nice shading for good depth and nice presentation on this piece. Awesome

Nicely executed drawing that looks like it is out of an ancient manuscript. Needs more space around the whole image. Nice use of the shadows, except we are missing the lion's. She has a somewhat melancholy look on her face and the hand placement is a little strange or unnatural. Well presented.
