Really nice rendering the leaves
The leaves are beautiful in their
color, their shading, etc. You
have create depth with the pile
of leaves. The mouse could
use some practice and seems
a little perched. I would
experiment with that a little more.

OVERALL COMPOSITION GOOD

Oh my how beautiful. You have such a special way of presenting your subjects, and the softest characterizations. I am enchanted by your style. Tis is just so lovely to look at:)
Well done in my humble opinion.

The color palette is wonderful. Even
the transitional leaves with decaying holes you've
added/ How artistic is that? Your
leaves are very detailed, and the way they encircle
and guard the mouse is very nice. Just like this!

This is absolutely gorgeous. I love the succulent colors, and the whimsical nature of the picture. I'm also partial to little critters, so the mouse is very cute too. It looks more like a watercolor to me than an oil painting. To me, this painting is perfect and I wouldn't change a thing. Did you design this from your head, or did you have some sort of model or picture?

Very well done, good detail and composition, this work just draws you in, then you start to notice all the other detail. I immpressed that it is oil, it does have an acrylic look to it I like this!!

very good indeed, i mean the rat is so small and yet looms large on this bed of dry leaves, is it made from a picture of leaves and the mouse introduced later,

Very well done. The leaves are natural looking and beautifully
colored.
The mouse looks like it is "sleeping" the way it is positioned.
Perhaps if a leaf covered most of his lower body and
you just see his head...

I like your use of colors. The colors were very inviting and temptedme to enlarge your picture to get a better look. I also like the whimsical feel of the picture. I can see it in a childrens book.
