Okay now. I have always been so amazed and enchanted by saw blade apintings. This is a sweet piece. I love the blossoms, the bird, and the way you somehow managed to make that extreme curve wrap loo natural. I think it takes alot of talent to create something like this.
Good job

What a cool form of art, and well done too. I don't think I've seen anything quite like it before, but it certainly has captivated my attention. Terrific work.

I thinik you accomplished what you were going for, this is an excellent piece, the detail is spectacular and I love how you painted this wooded scene on a saw blade, a little irony I think. Nice Job.

You did a great job on this! The colors and depth are wonderful. So much in a little space. I enjoyed it. I plan on doing some work of this kind before long too. Sells great at trade shows!

thank you..yes it does sell well especially the country effects.

this is such a wonderful idea. because it is such a small area it would be

hard to get such great detail. the detail is so precise and defined. have you

done anymore like this??

ruthsartpage, I find an appealing painting here and I think you overcame the challenge of painting on such a small surface with flying, and very appealing, colours. Seems to me, however, those sharp, dangerous jagged teeth of the saw blade don't fit the scene, or vice versa.
Peace, Papa

thats the idea...contrast...in the country here especially in the south, these are very popular especially in sets., and or the larger working saw blades, they are everywhere. thank you Papa. Love your pictures!!!!!
