I think this picture is just perfect. I love the way you captured the vibrancy of the color of the flower . The faded background and stem only add to the true beauty of the flower.

Another great darn thistle! I don't know what you know, but I know I like this photo, as well as the specimen. The focus is sharp and clear. The lighting is just right. I would change nothing about this beautiful photo.

I like this photo! The clarity is really good, I like how it seems to be floating...(no stem visible) The depth is good, I like how blurry the background is, it makes you focus on the flower itself...the only thing I can find wrong with it is the color is a little light, but I am not taking that into consideration, as I like it the way it is! Great work!!

This could have been even sharper for a macro, but one of the elements of impacting photography that makes it successful is its delivery of visual appeal. I find this floral macro to have great textural appeal with your softened focus on the floral's centered fineries. Even more exceptional is the surrounding touches of darker accentuating hues with a sharper form with refined accents of white tips that stand out against that green backdrop. The color palette you portray are very appealing to the senses, creating a warm atmosphere and ambiance. The lighting's fairly balanced, not overwhelming nor too dark and the blurred backdrop really brings out the beautiful softness of this floral. An enjoyable piece.

A very nice photo. I think it should have focused more towards the back of the flower. If it was taken a little higher looking down a bit more but at the same distance it would have been perfect!
