The initial impact of your image is good because of the intent stare of your subject. Those eyes are great. The color of them is piercing. The angle of the subject is good. The story line is good because of your title and notes. The focus is good. The color is good. Very nice image.

Yes I can see by the look in NicNacs eyes he's sizing up something to dig his claws into - does he realise how big LeRoy is going to be? or maybe he's getting his claws in early knowing that in a few weeks the pup will be bigger than him.

Very good initial impact. Cat has a sweet face. Wonder what the cat's reaction was to such close photography, but maybe it was cropped that close. Great focus and lighting. The eyes are the center of interest. Good technique and technical excellence. Good composition, cropping and framing. Good story potential.

I am a pet photo lover, and this is one of them. Great closeup, and expression, detais of the hair are evident, yet the whole photo is very soft to look at. Cropping and symmetry is well done!
