savingrace, this, technically, is a good photograph with the important qualification that the boy is over exposed. It is not at all appealing to me, however, in that it glamourizes a bloody, violent war and the death of thousands. That dear little boy would not want "to be out there with the big boys," if he had any conception at all of what it must have really been like.

Excellent photograph. The compositon is excellent. I love the lighting on the boys face and on the wall. The colors are strong. You should get this published it is fabulous.
