While fire is so devastating there is a beauty to be seen.You have presented that aspect yet the fear of loss when looking at the calm scape in the forefront is still there.your reality of the scene is amazing.

You did a remarkable job. This is quite different from ordinary photo of wild fires. In other words this is an artistic capture of bush fires for which California is notorious. I love the rusted cottage and the reflection on the water. Thanks for sharing.

All I can say is WOW!!! This grabbed my eye right away and took my breath away. Such intensity and depth of color on such a small color pallette. It tells such a powerful and two-fold picture with even more depth to it.
When I look at it, I see a relaxing, calm, peaceful setting on a back drop of intense drama and impending doom. What a mix of emotions. The bare tree to the right is an interesting, but nice touch too.
I love it. Great job.

Well it is well deserved. This piece really grabbed my eye. I like art like this that is realistic and tells a story as well. You did a very good job of capturing both here.
