LowRider, apart from the very appealing colour of that red barn, and the wonderful slope of the background hills, I simply don't find the subject matter of this photograph as compelling as much of your other postings. The colours of the landscape are rather dull, and the image could be sharper.

Great shot. Nice details of the boarding on the barn which works well against the "black hole" shadow of the roof. The lay of the land in the foreground and the angle of the trees and mountain move your eyes nicely across the photo.

What a cool setting. Tucked in below a mountain side. Looks like it would be fun in the winter, eh? I like the background mountains in their beautiful colors and the focus is pretty darn good throughout!! Nice landscape photo!

I really love the story attached to this picture. I was always good at visualizing words in pictures and I could see that little girl riding bare back on her black and white paint horse!!! I like to hear stories about the invincible human spirit.

wonderful story. Gotta love memories. I like the character in this photo. The years behind the farm. The mountain in the back is perfect. I love the fact htat the height of the mountain is left to my imagination.
I would have tried this shot with the barn a little more in the bottom right. It would have lead my eye more to the might of the mountain behind.
Just my opinion. thank you for a wonderful background into your past.
