cube66, this is a very strong and most appealing photograph. The angle is great, making the stairs so prominent at foreground and disappear over the hill. The shadows are very effective, It's also appealing that the colours of the stairs blend as they do with the landscape. Too bad that great wood doesn't reveal more of its texture. It is a great shot nevertheless.

I like this, it really looks like a stairway to heavan..it looks just like you walk up the stairs and off of the edge of the earth...into some where else....unknown...great job---Aggie

No, there is no lighthouse at the end of the stairs, just a sparkling OBX beach with rolling waves and seagulls. So glad you enjoy my photos, hope to hear from you again soon. Have great weekend too! :D

I like how the top of the stairs meet the sky and a story is created there. I also like the title you gave the picture. I like how original you are, this is a wonderful picture, it reminds me of a place I used to go to with my parents when I was younger.

The stairs should have been brought more into focus.
The dried green grass and the shadows are marvellous!
It has a romantic feel to it.
It has a moral somewhere.
It somehow brings to mind a kind of deep melancholy.
I feel like crying.
It is not as appealing as your swing, but this has quite a differect effect!
You could have cut off some of the blue and shown more of the stairs.
I would like to know more about the stunning moment!

I like the shadows. It's not real fuzzy either. The sky turned out beautiful. If it was my I probably would've gotten a sun flash. The last few stairs to relaxation. I wish there was a nice beach here.
