Stairway to Heaven

A stunning moment before stepping onto the shores.

I am guessing this is a walkway from a beach, though much more elaborate than any I have seen in Australia. Am fascinated. Thanks.

I don't quite get the reason behind claiming you will experience a moment so specatucular that it will just stun you before climbing these stairs. What makes them so special?

"What makes them so special?" Sorry, but there is a reason this is a photo not a poem. If you'd like to view my poetry however, go to fanstory.com and check it out. Thanks!

I enjoy viewing your work and looking for that deeper meaning. Here I see someone at a stage in their life and looking back. It doesn't have that strong emotional impact of the swing. Mainly, I think, because it is a beautiful day and sky can't be ignored. So it's a bit of an uplifiting picture although the downward staircase (I see this person as going down and looking back) isn't as positive.

Nicely done again.

The sky is beautiful, the stairs a neat focal point leading up towards that striking blue. The only thing that draws from this piece is the surrounding dried grass. Were this cropped to just the stairs...our eyes could only be drawn up. Interesting concept.

I like how this one spans off a ways into the distance. And the fact that you captured just enough of the sky is good. I especially like the shadows on the stairs and also in the grass.

Just echoing the reviewer before me-deffiately needs something to draw the eye to. Personally I didn't like how it was off center, but I'm wierd. I did like the shadows that the stairs cast. Keep it up.

NIce shot. Being off center is what mkes this picture have interest. It just needs something in the distance to have your eye drawn to.
