Very nice shepard painting. I like this because even though this old mans'
face is unseen, he looks Irish!
I gave a four as it is a little small and could be of being framed a little better,
please do not be offended, it is just an opinion.
I also like the stance of the Shepard in your Irish Heart, it looks like he is praying for better times, fairly expressive, well done.

I just wish this shot had a bit more clarity. The painting itself looks good from what I can see. I like the emotion it portrays. The color scheme is good in this as well. Nice work.

Wonderful painting. The pose of this man is very nice. Wonderful lighting as well. I wish that photo were a bit more clear so that I could see some more detail. Looks great!!

Amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i absolutely love this piece as i love watercolours period but this stands out to me exceptionally, the idea of a man in despair comes to mind what a tale this art tells!!

And there ain't nothing wrong with bowing your head and saying a prayer, it often gets me thru the day. This appears to be a painting of a photo, or maybe it just appears that way- because it looks so clear, but with a twist(the effect of waves). orion008.

The emotion in this is incredible, just stunning.

the tones in the background and at the bottom are supportive to the subject .... The talent shows in a humble way.

Impressive. So emotional and still ...

I think this piece of work is totally fantastic. I don't think the photograph of it does it justice at all, but I can see through that in this case. Lots of feeling and excellent use of colour and texture.

I can feel this, I can sense this, I can even put myself in this man's shoes. I almost can smell the Irish air, the gloom that circles around, the uncertainty that falls on the cane of the elderly.
You did a wonderfully dark representation.
