yes, it makes me feel bad that foxes are hunted
a good subject
nice rendering
like his posture, direct look, the way you painted his coat, the white you added on the hairs,
really like the composition with the wall with its upcurve and the rays from the sky, the foreground grass..very well done
nice color

Wonderful work. A very cute subject. Tells the story of a little scared fox. Lost perhaps? The work is amazing.

Your concern the wild life is appealing. You have captured the natural pose of the fox cub in its natural environment very well.. The composition and colour stand out. This is a fine watercolour panting.

Additional Comments: What a sweetie pie! She does look a little lonely there in the shade of the stump.Overall well done except for the black hole which is very distracting. Hope there is a way to fix that!

Your right Suzanne the fox does have a hard time in your country about like the coyote or wolf does over here. I think all the creatures are here for a reason. We have a problem with the coyotes and our little cat friends but I tell them to stay in the yard if they like to go out to hunt they are on their own and we have lost a lot over the years. Your fox is cute but seems a bit timid. I like the background around him and the grass and cute little flowers.Very nice painting. He is the center of interest and he stands out well. Good colors too with the white outlining his face. Bingo!

What a lonesome looking little fox.

You have done well using watercolors.
The fox color and fur has so much depth and texture.

The pose is very nice, center of interest is kept on the little fox.
I like your bold jagged rocks in the background. Nice soft additions with the flowers.

Nice picture with the good tones and sufficient light exposure. I love its emotional expressions and the ideas that grab and hold the interests.
