Wow, just wow. Do you have prints? Would you have any aversion to being displayed on my website? The coloration is intense and displaced the subject matter from it's background, with the coloration bringing the two together again.

Thank you londrion!! Please don't take offense, but at this time, I only show through FAR. I am, however humbled by your invite!!! I produce 'originals' from negatives from my home, no prints. I really appreciate your time in reviewing and especially your enthusiasm, thank you again!!

I must say I was raised in the country and a sight like this was common as dirt. The expressive ability of this tree is subjective to how I can grasp it. I am at home with the flu and headed toward 60 years old and thinking about looking for a tree that resembles me. It would not be pur'dy;) Actually this is a good photo!

I am soooo sorry you are fighting the flu!!!!!! Welp, from what I have learned about you from your words, you would make a dynamic tree!! Thank you very much for your review and certainly want you to get over that flu 'right now' !!

I think the color and texture of the tree against the field then moving upward in the hills in the background make the photo flow into what I want to call a complete piece of art. To finish off this wonderful work of art is the brilliant blue sky It. I Love It.

I like the contrast in color. Looked like a very bright blue and sunny day to break out the camera! The subject is interesting with nice texture. I wonder if there is a post or fence behind the tree...it sort of sticks out at me. Great angle!

Barren is a good title for this photo! I like the simple vertical composition to this photo. It just doesn't have a lot of impact. It is a nice photo though!

Good eye to see this interesting subject. it is a very unusual and dramatic subject. One suggestion-could you have gotten lower so that you were shooting upward. It would pit more of the tree against the sky, making it stand out more. Either way, a very nice capture.

Thank you Maureen!! Yep, I could have taken different angles but I was just too cold!! Would like to find this tree again in more pleasant weather! Don't quite remember where it was!

Barren is the right name for this shot. I love tree silloettes. The shot is nicely composed and in good focus. The hills in the background distract a bit from the subject, but this is a really nice shot and captures the message well.
