Electrifying with emotion, along with a beautiful blending of color, that gives us a personal look inside what so many of us have, at one time or another, experienced -- a "broken heart" Excellent work, that is so very artistically eloquent in bringing forth the human condition.     I saved my response to your review until the end as I can't be silent anymore about the way you go about your reviewing.Look up the word "earn" in a Thesaurus and it says,"Deserve merit","Be entitled to" and "Be worthy of".The way that you are going about this reviewing is so totally condescending,it's not funny.There are a few others that feel the same way as myself.I don't know where you came up with this "Form and Wording" for reviewing but in all honesty,it's an insult.I have used the breakdown method that FAR has in their rules before and that's only when I haven't been well and when I had a broken wrist and I could not type well.Not anymore though because I see the effects.
    Sorry but this just had to be addressed.

My reviews are meant to address specific aspects of the work being reviewed in a way that is consistent. I then offer additional thoughts relative to the work.     No,I don't squelch people except those who believe themselves to be better than the reincarnation of one of the Masters.I will suggest however rather than using the word "earning" you find a kinder word.I never involve myself or my time in the forums but you may want to read the section on reviewing and what others are saying.

    I understand your opinion and I did check out the forum even though I have never done so before. While I respect that there are a few that do not like the numeric rating, I feel that since it is a requirement that the site forces us to rate based on a star system, I feel it is helpful to offer insight as to how I arrive at my rating.

    It is not like I do not also offer additional text to further explain my thoughts on an image or art work. I see about 10 people out of the HUNDREDS on this site that have an issue with the way myself and many others rate. Until or unless the site renders a ruling that this is not allowed AND changes the numeric rating system, I will continue to do what I do. I also get a lot more than 10 people thank me for the reviews and opinions I offer and the way I provide it.

    Thank you for your input and, again, I am sorry that you are one of the relatively few that have a problem with the way I review work on FAR...

Very cool creation here, Nancy. I certainly feel a void and I really like the depth you have created. It my be a broken heart but with all the energy about, I see it on the mend and the bright yellow is a good sign. Maybe the sound of pitter patter as this person has just met someone. Very cool and enjoyed viewing it. Annie

nice work and you are right i can see the people looking out on each side.the colors you used are intense but also soft the yellow seems to draw your eyes back into the center

It is SO good to see friends on here developing their style and work and no-one is doing so better than you. Your style has evolved so much and this is an example of what I love so much about your work. Its hard to explain, but there is so much expression and so much quality in here. It looks like an art piece through and through and tells the story of the theme so well. I love it.

Very pretty very unique, Love the lighting, it illuminates this so well.

Very nice composition even without the use of filters. Like the heart shape in the middle. Lighting is very well done also. I take the whispy white swirls to act as webs that we build up inside our heart to keep others out..walls to keep from being hurt again. Great color and design is great.
