This is a lovely setting. Wonderful country. I like the terrain, topography. I also like natures layout of the plant growth. The composition is good except for the fact that the fence, a line, runs unbroken across the entire span of the photo. Also, the sun blasted side of the barn is a major blow out, considerably distracting. Aside from this couple of tech issues, it remains a very lovely setting, a good picture.

Thanks,
Mike

I love how you were able to show that full sunshine against the building without getting it washed out. You did a great job of bringing out the details of the roof, etc. Very nice.

Great find, waiting for the slightest snow or the rising of spring. This is a wonderful capture, the flow over the mountains to the blue skies. The details in the rusted tin roof and paint fading away on the barn to the white cloud in the sky. All bringings this piece to life.

You truly get the idea of the vastness of the area. I like the way that the color of the roof blends in so well with the color of the ground.

They sure do - what a lovely rural scene. The elments, fence, house, hills etc all work well together & make a nice composition. Just enough nice blue sky to finnish it off.

Nice photo, looks like you can see forever. Very good depth of field and I like the way you framed the picture. The sky is so blue and I love the fence. A fence really adds charecter to me. Nicely done

You took a marvelous picture from an otherwise non-relevant subject. All due to your immense nature and landscape knowledge. The white walls of this little house and the reflection of the light in the snow areas around the hill gave the photograph the wonderful feeling of being on top of a hill. I've been on top of hills in the Caribbean and South America, but the peaceful and at the same time colder than hot summer feeling in this picture is a perfect combination with the shadows in the far background.

I think the thing that really sets this photo apart for me is the color combinations. The buildings seem to blend so well with their surroundings and as a result the sky stands out. Great photo.

This is a very nicely composed shot. I like the layered look that this has. The contrasting textures of the grasses fence and mountains create visual interest.
