LoweRider, I can always count on your beautiful quaint pictures to help me relax. You really do a great job capturing the beauty in things that people would not normally think to be. I love the little cozy cottage look, with the little cozy town far off in the distance. And I love the Forrest/mountain terrain in the far background. And once again the blanket of snow is a beautiful aspect. GOB WELL DONE!!!

Always enjoy images like these, great to know the old still exist. Good how you caught everything in view. Nice rustic look to the cabin. Only thing I would suggest, my opinion only is to maybe have windmill show more on top it seems to be blurry. Also maybe crop or clone out the bottom left blue coloration. Nice work LowRider.

Thank you so much howdy!! Windmill is blurry, wind blowing pretty hard that day, next time in this situation will try taking as an action shot.

I think you really attempted an impossible shot. In order to get the windmill in the frame you had to get a lot of the mountain side in. When you did the full windmill, you lost the top half of the blades to the background. The shade on the front part of the building is a little harsh, not that you had a lot of choice. The depth of field really did not help you out that much. I would like to see you take another try at this scene. The scene is really awesome. The snow does enhance the photograph.

Thank you very much gold!! Yep, waiting for a good snow, think a lot more snow would help out the windmill contrast a bit better. Will be fun to try anyway!

This is a nice shot. I like the composition with the cabin and windmill going well together. If you could get the sunshine on the front of the cabin it would be even better.

Nicely centered photo shot. The cabin has a nice rustic look to it and you can clearly see the windmill wheel turning. In the background you can see buildings at a distance. Overall, nice colors and the photo gives a warm feeling of seclusion. You can see a light blanket of snow in the foreground and by the cabin telling a viewer that winter is still around.
