The roof & texture of this hut are very nice. The rich colours blend in well with the colours of the foliage & land surrounding it. Almost looks like a painting! Its a shame the top of that windmill blends into the background. If that stood out more it would make a nice contribution to the composition.

Just a modest cabin...are you sure???This is what I would love to live in if I were there. The background colour is stunning, and I can imagine waking up to that every morning.I could be very happy here....how much to rent it...lol.Fabulous work LowRider.

I quite like this one. It's cropped well and the colours are great. The only thing though is the wind-direction thing on the right - on the top/right bit of it - does blend a bit into the background.

My eyes were fooled a bit by this one, where as i was expecting to see sky above and behind the cabin, instead i get the side of the moutain. lens has compressed the view making the moutain seem closer than it actually is (i think)

Thank you very much John!! The mountain was pretty close, but cabin wasn't exactly 'backed up to it'.

Where do I start with this one! The colours are amazing, are they really that blue? the warm colours of the building contrasts beautifully with the blue background. Another outstanding piece of work. Great detail and focus. I'd give it 10 stars!

Thank you goldi for such a wonderful review!!! Very blue, but used a polarizing filter which brought it out more.

Nicely done. Simple, but with great detail. Very well framed. You have all the important details in the shot, with nothing that is distracting. Nice job of using off center to give this very nice character. This is a shot where you can see how the GND filter would be very useful, to darken the background, and add some contrast to it.

Yeh well done. The snows the ticket to this piece. Beautiful framing and the windmill compliments the rustic cabin, Really good exposure to get the details of the front of the cabin without over exposing the snowy landscape. That is hard to do, great job

Super nice framing on this photo by removing the background build from obvious view. You worked the lighting really good on this very good looking old cabin . The front is shaded but the results are crisp. The old windmill work in good also.
