Amazing scene that you have captured here Debbie!! Love the contrast of the red against the dead foliage surrounding the barn...nicely colored sky, amazing depth of field, and the clarity is excellent. I also like this angle, it helps to portray the depth of field!!

Very nice rustic image you captured. I like how you caught the faded paint on the barn. I like the foreground very much as well. There is a line coming down just above the barn. Can't tell what it is. It is distracting. I am not deducting for it. Perhaps, you can make it disappear in photoshop or some other image editing software.

Lowrider another great capture of the countryside in America. You always see to find the neatest rustic places. I don't know about you but I'm tired of shooting trees with no leaves. Where's spring!!

There is history here, there is strength in the old oak tree, and you found yourself another old red barn! LOL At one time, the barn would have been new and the trees quite small if even alive! It shows life in this photo, the old and the strong. The tree as (in nature, continues to grow), the barn (is man made) and slowly deteriorates, signifying nature is stronger than man!!!

Thank pretty much wraps it up!!! Thank you so much Ron!!

Partial strength here, was provided by that gigantic tree to the right; and I wish you could've completely captured it with this photo. Otherwise, I'm left guessing how amazingly powerful the view was, that only you were able to see. Love the bright red of that barn there- Orion008.

Thank you very much Orion!! I did take a vertical with all of the tree, but the composition was not so pleasing to me although the tree was great the barn just looked out of place.

This is another excellent piece of photography again LowRider, the trees are beautiful because I like the shape and stature of them. The barren dry ground explains the trees, and someone has plonked a building right in the shot!!!!Why do they do that??Superb work petal.

You did a very nice job on this. Love how the red barn stands out against its surroundings. The offcenter framing works very well here too. Great job.

This is a very clear shot. Sometimes its good to have a dead background, because then, the focus point becomes more clear and catching to the eye. I like the smoothness of the sky. The blue is so smooth and soft. Great job.

Thank you very much rave!! I do agree especially when you have a subject with strong color.
Comment from Papa
LowRider, this is an excellent, very appealing image. Great composition, with inclusion of the trees and hills in the background, neat and clean. The image is well focused and the exposure is good. What is that line extending from the peak of the roof, about a third down from the right apex?
Peace, Papa
