i'm not sure what 2D digital art is but i really like this image. he flower and the glass of wine look quite surreal and the swirls of colour in the background look velvety. cool!

Hi, Hidoshi. 2D art is painted on a canvas just like traditional art only done digitally, and without using a 3D program. It pretty much means you painted it yourself. :) Thank you so much for the excellent review!! I really appreciate it, and am very pleased you like it.

Another perfectly constructed work of art. As you know I'm not a digital artist so cant comment on the technicalities but from my point of view I think it is intriguing. the still life works well against the gently swirling velvet of the backdrop, the colours are in some places subdued and others quite vibrant, there is also the sharp definition of the glass and vase against the blurred background to keep one interested. I have enjoyed viewing this very much.

It is so real and a dream to the same time. Your colors are gorgeous as usual. So is your light. I love the glow of the glass and the reflection on the vase, the amazing detailed decor on the vase and the softness of the rose.
The background is as so amazing, enhancing the scene repeating the colors of the rose and the vase decor.

What a beautiful composition. The color combinations you used are stunning. So vivid and with such a romantic feel. The vase and glass of wine are a great addition to the rest of the painting. Love the circular lines of the background. The rose seems to me like it needs a little more definition in the petals and center of the rose, unless you were going for the soft look. If so, let me know and I'll up my rating. Really enjoyed viewing it.

Thank you for the beautiful review, Julie. It is the way I wanted the rose, and the little petal in the middle is a tad on the imperfect side, which is what I wanted, and the rating is super as is if you intended to give it a fiver. Again, thank you. I really appreciate it :)
