A nice pose. You need to soften up the shading on the face though. She looks like she has a five oclock shadow. I look forward to seeing more of your work.

This is good. It looks alot like her in the eyes. I like the shading. Maybe you should turn your outlines into part of the drawing. Like with the collar of the shirt, start with the outline and shade it until it fades into the color you want it to be.

dude you have some talent i like this pic needs a bit of work but your getting there
good choice on model alliyah is awesome
not bad likeness nose and mouth a little off
and eyes need detail but not bad
