Good shape and shading, but too much of the same tone. I think this picture would benefit from having more contrast - a darker background or more contrast on the subject. Not sure why the white outline around the figure, but it takes away from the subject as well.

Really good sketch. I especially like the shading on the face. I wish you had shaded the shirt similarly to provide more depth, but it is an excellent drawing on the whole. One other thing I thought took away from this piece is the lettering down the side. I think it would look better without it.
