I love the subject matter and the composition of the shot but it fades out a bit too much and just blends into the white of the page. A very beautiful moment was captured beautifully. Nice job.

This shot was one I took of myself and daughter on a timer. I wish I hadn't been zoomed in so much, but hindsight is 20/20. Thanks for looking and your opinion!

robertson_mom, this is a delightful photograph, absolutely delightful. The softness you have created is very befitting to the experience, and the focus and exposure are great as well. Truly, an excellent image. Only weak area I see is that it fades away too dramatically at the mother's neck area. (Incidentally, perhaps you would consider changing the title. The people of the nations of northern Canada, Alaska, Greenland and eastern Siberia, commonly referred to as "Eskimos" prefer to be called by their nationality. For example the native people of northern Canada are of the Inuit nation, and are referred to as Inuit. You could call it, "rubbing noses'.)
Peace, Papa

Thanks for your review. I'll think about the title change, I didn't think about offending anyone, I guess I should have. This is probably my favorite picture I've taken so far, I had so much fun with this roll of film. Thanks Papa!

Beautiful. You've captured one of those holy moments in life. Black and white photography works well in with this composition, and I like the fading around the edges very much. In all, a truly nice photo.

This is a beautiful photo. The composition is very nice but seems a little light and the top of the mothers head is cut off, which I think detracts from the overall photo. The abundant love and joy here are very apparent. Good job.
