This is very different, is it of semi-burned film? It seems melted...it comes out very X-ray (depth, zoom) What was the media used?

Yes, a partly exposed negative, and some burning and dodging to try and get the shading. Kodak black and wihite film, I want to say T-Max? I'll have to look for my notes....

The name of this picture is very accurate because looking at it one's mind does take a journey. The picture is so mysterious, almost looks alien to me, it's a puzzle to me but I like it.

dkmiddle, I am afraid all I see here are a couple of interesting swirling tunnels. For me the piece is unexciting and carries no impact, especially since it is in black and white. Some additional colour might have been helpful.
Peace, Papa

Okay - I give up! Is it a flower or an inner ear? Either way, I kind of like it. It would be disturbing to see every day, but in the realm of interesting, I find it very.

It's an experiment with a partially exposed negative, some burning & dodging.... I'm not sure what it is either, to be honest. I didn't do it with a final look in mind.
