This is very nice, I know how hard it is to capture a deer, well it is for me any way, every time I get into the right position to take a decent picture of one they run off into the woods. But you did a really great job on this one. I wish I had your talent.

Lowrider nice capture of the deer. I know they are hard to get because they don't stay around very long. I like the way you framed her in the picture but her face is a little dark and hard to see detail. Still I always enjoy seeing nature. Nicely done

I think youhave captured the deer really well here with an interesting "pose", but the background is just too busy & the all important face, especially, is kind of lost in it.

Really eerie shot, not quite sure that I like it. I do. however. see that it is skillfully done, but maybe the saturation is a tad too high? I think these shots should be framed with your stories as a sort of subtitle for the piece. Framed correctly it would do well.

I like this picture, the only negative thing I can say is I think the background is a little busy, and it takes away from the deer. But it is hard to capture wildlife in the perfect setting. Overall I think the picture is beautiful.

Enjoy the candid capture of the deer. The feedback would be the background which seems to steal from the focal point. I realize we can't pick and choose the place at times and the darn deer just don't seem to want to pose in the right places many times. Well done.

They say good things come to those who wait! This is a wonderfully composed shot full of detail and color. Sorry about your loss but you obviously have alot of patience, evident in the time it took you to finally get this shot. So I think you have a good chance of training her. She already has that "classic" dog pose down. Good Luck!

Good luck with the training! Really like the crispness that this photo offers to it's viewers. The background looks really sharp and reflects the image of the dear rather well . Well done :)

Before I read the info on this one, the first thought that came into my head was, "I bet she is standing there with fresh flowers and fruit around her neck to lure this thing up closer to get this shot!" I read the scoop and was more intrigued! Sounds kinda crazy, you should post the picture you mentioned as "food for thought". Good luck with the training, hopefully just an outside dog. :)

Nice photograph. I think the background is a little busy and takes away from the hard work you must have done to see the deer in position.
