This is just simply beautiful in many different ways.

You have achieved a wonderful flow to the water, and bit of a gloomy feel with the clouds and the partial moon (excellent decision), and the three birds flying away from the viewer.

I think it would have been too typical to place a boat in this scene and I like that you left it out.
