Hilarious photo, Debbie...that Black Bear wine really brought out the beast in you? Poor ole' tractor has been ravaged by an entire forest from the look of things. Unbelievable how people abandon old machinery to just waste away...not to even honor the usefulness given in better days. Could have at least dismantled and save some of the parts or scraped.

I hope LowRider is none the worse for wear for her encounter with those trees :)

What a great shot - the angle, colors and details work perfectly together on this to create great art from ol' crap. Great job.

How old is this old heap ? I'm amazed how you find these old relics. Angle of shot is well organized, colors very good. Only thing I thought was just a little out of focus. All in all neat image.

Extremely expressive and with a lot of warnings LowRider. Once again we have the testimony of the pass of the time not only in things but in our life. Someone used this tractor and worked with it, this thing gave satisfaction and help to somebody that we don't know exists already or as the tractor, has gone. I like the composition of your photo, the low angle enhance the presence of the tractor and make it omnipresent. The force of the subject is powerful. Good shot.

Ha!! A great story to go along with a great picture. The reds show up very well against the snow. Real age in this one. I wonder how long this things been sitting out there rusting? Great work!

LowRider, this is a great shot! Your exposure allows us to fully appreciate the wonderful color of that fine old tractor. The image is sharp and well composed, although perhaps cropped too tightly. I admire this image a great deal.
Peace, Papa

Awe, that's too bad; hope you didn't spill the Black Bear Wine! The is probably the oldest piece you've captured ever, just by the way it has that abandoned look to it. Having the front wheel turned like it is, gives a great view-Orion008.

I love the way you convert old tractors and machinery into an art form. I like the contrast of the rusty red and the white snow. Also like the way the fallen tree branches looks next to the old junk tractor. Cool picture!
