Good subject, good eye for color. However, there is nothing to focus the eye. All flamingoes are spread out in basically the same, uninteresting pose. When you have a great subject like this, wait until they are grouped together and are doing something unusual. This gives unity and interest to the photo. Be patient.

What a sight, the flamingos are beautiful, I love the way all their heads are tucked and they are standing on one leg. The composition is good although I would like to have seen the water where the front flamingos feet are. The lighting is great. The colors are beautiful. Great job.

Interesting. Doesn't it make you wish for a bowling ball? Just kidding. I like this image but I think you need to balance t out a bit by cropping some off the right side, to make the distance equal to that from the left most bird to the left most border.
