This is a very striking photograph. The stark contrast of the tree against the purple sky draws the eye in. I would probably like to see a bird or something, that might take it to a five.
You might try writing personal thankyou's to people however instead of copying and pasting the same thing. Reviewers like to know you read and thought about what we say.

Dear zelphiablue; Thank-you for slaping my hand and I really do appreciate it when someone takes time out of thier life to let me know when they like or dont like something I do. Just to let you know I could and did think of putting a bird in the background of this photograph but it just was not there, and I like to stay with the mood of the pictures I take. The mood was there but the bird would just not co-operate. Again I thank-you for your time and thoughts.

I'm sure this was an awesome morning for you. However, when taking a photo for someone else, your feelings need to take a back seat to artistic expression. You have a good focal point in the fork of the tree. However, there is nothing there to keep the viewers attention. Next time, wait for the clouds to swirl in the fork of the tree and beyond. Wait for an owl, hawk, etc. to appear in the sky or on a limb to add interest.

great picture. i love the purple/blue coloring. it sure looks like a big storm might be on the way. i also like how the tree is leaning, almost like its trying to get away from the coming storm.
