the cabin is cool almost seems to have grown from the earth. and the snow on the roof is a good contrast to the earthy colours . Jake sounds different and i enjoyed the story behind the photo.

Five Stars for the story alone, it is so touching. You paid Jake a great tribute and how rewarding for you to look into real person everyone else missed.
I would have done the same thing, although I'm not sure about the poker face at the moon.

Thanks for sharing Fine Ms. Debbie!

LOL!! Welp I grew up with all guys, no female cousins or anything, so the moonin' was pretty much a regular thing for me--Thank you Ms. Fine Tracey, for such a wonderful review!!

I reckon it's time I ask. I don't read books much and this is like a short story to me. Seeing this tree built house and reading this story is Better than TV! Wanted to ask if you have or gonna publish some short stories so I could start reading more!? Nobody could shot this place any better; you got the light and the quality results coming through just right.

Thank you Ben, for such a sweet review!! I haven't ever tried writing from 'cold', I just tell the story of my wonderful experiences, I have had many ask me to write, so maybe I will write some short stories just for you!!

That was one cool story. You should really do more of them. I feel as if I got mooned too.

Jake reminds me of my granddad. Comes off gruff, but is a real sweety under all of it. My grandad was also vertically challenged, but he was the biggest man I ever met.

Great story! Keep 'em coming.

Debbie I am so sorry I am just getting back on here to see this and to hear the story about Jake! You never disappoint. What another fabulous story and what an incredible angel God set to this earth when he sent you. The Photo is Perfect wouldn't change a thing about it for nothing in the world. How fortunate I am indeed to get to have a friend like you to inspire the good in me. Thank You all the way to Heaven!!

Thank you for your beautiful words TJ, you are a dear and wonderful friend and person, however, I believe I come across these incredible people because they are to teach me, it is them that tell the story that I simply type. Thank you again for such an incredibly loving review!!

nice image and storyline, low...the only thing that detracts from the overall image is the large, bright white roof area that distracts the eye from exploring the great colors and textures in the wood of the cabin - good job overall!
