I personally think the light on her face makes this alive.
I love the colors.
Her eyes are fantastic and work so well with her expression.
Great framing by the fiery red hair.
Very nice work.
Jorge.

My favorite part of this image are her eyes. Love the way you have done them like they are bursting with color and starlight! Her hair is great too, good texture vibrant color. I like the light on her face-makes it very striking-and modelesque looking--high fashion shot and all that.

This artwork looks just fine even with a brightness in the face. This is ethereal and delicately beautiful. I am throughly impressed and inspired by this soft but powerfully contrasted piece of fine art.
Completely awesome.

This is so lovely MoonWillow! I really like the way you have been able to achieve the hair here along with the wonderful detail in the face. the background colour really compliments the hair colour giving this digital artwork wonderful eye appeal. Excellent job!

I think this is a very beautiful painting. I don't agree with others when they tell you it is too light. You can justify the brightness for effect, especially with red heads have a naturally occurring lighter skin. The blue is a nice touch in the eyes and the angle is a nice one. I also like the green vignette. I think you are very talented and thanks for sharing that talent with us.

Your review is very encouraging, RW, and I thank you very much! I totaly agree with you on the skin tone of a redhead. Just ask me. I'm very Irish, very light skinned, with a "lot" of red highlights in my hair. I like my hair blond and my hairdresser goes crazy trying to get the red toned down. Again, thank you so much for the beautiful review, encouragment and understanding what I was trying to accomplish :) Shawn

I like it a lot. The colours used are great. The detail in the face is lovely & well defined. A real stunner, well done.

As a photographer I thought that I would like to review this one as it gave the impact I like to see in a picture
The eyes of course struck me first. They are very good and rather bold
I find that the lovely hair trails nicely across her but maybe a bit too much over the back and taking away the shape of the body
A nice tilt to the eyes but is the skin tone a little too bright?

Hi, Snapdragon. Her skin tone is bright because it was done on white. I didn't use any skin colors in creating her, just mostly painting in her features and shading. I wanted to see if I could even do a girl at this angle. That's what I was consentrating on. Thank you so very much for stopping by on the art side with a review. I really appreciate it. Maybe at a later date I will try to lightly airbrush in some skin tones for her, cause I'm really pleased with how she came out on my first try at this angle. Believe me, for me, not being a portrait artist, it wasn't easy :) Again, thank you so much!

Nicely handled portrait especialy the loosely drawn red hair, the style is slightly caricature just enough to add a contemporary feel with a nice quality to the rendering of the eyes. This seems to be a new direction in your work and although not quite as assured as the work you`ve already shown here it has great potential and should be developed further.
