Lovely light and cloud formation, like how you've made it look like the light is landing on the oily part to hightlight it, you look like you did a lot of work to make this shot.

It does seem like God's eye looking out from the sky. The colors are beautiful even though there is not much contrast. The ocean with the white waves really add something special to the picture. I wish I could have been there.

You put a lot of work into this. The oil in the Gulf is not black but reddish brown. Focus looks good. Colors are nice. Love the sun sunning through to the water. When resizing your photo, check to see what you dpi is. If it isn't lowered your photo will remain large.
