Darling girl, excellent focus making the eyes sharp and throwing the background into a nice blur. LOVE THE LIGHTING ON HER FACE. That smirkish little smile and light in those eyes makes me think she has quite a personality. Well done.
Thanks You!! This was what I was talking about!! you are seeing what I am!, so , to , Cool !. Ha , I'm saying that and I am older then you!!! Cool oh Ya ! loved the word (as you can see) but this little one was one with the camera , have to love it when they have ther personality ! your seeing , she made it so easy!. Thanks you, till later , Bev
Nice picture, Like the fingers are extended. Read for women portraits they should be. Like the pose. Colors are nice. Not sure if due to resizing but there is some squarish edges along her face.
But nice work.

it might be the lighting, Hard to say without seeing the original. The rigid area we are seeing might be due to resizing. You have my email from the pic i sent you, If you want to send me a copy a can take a look for you. If it is present you might be able to feather that area in the select modify menu. Or using a blue menu (but not really blurring it) you can soft the edges if you just pick her.
Initial impact: She is all that and a bag of chips too.... great shot great expression
Creativity of presentation: She's a bit of ham - I can tell she loves her picture taken and has a lot of fun with it too
Color Harmony: bold blue and dark hair and hearts gone wild and nature
Center of Interest: her
Technical Excellence: expert
Technique: portrait
Story Telling Ability: Pretty sweet thing you're growing too quick and you're keeping someone special on their toes...
Lighting: --

This one was too much fun, and you so nailed her personality! Lighting I think was off but that look and confidence, Well she was there! You are so right about the growing to quick!. Thanks so much for the review, be yakin at you later! Bev
Good pose, appears positive, friendly and determined. Attractive, nice sharpness, good focus set against a good backdrop. Perhaps a few highlights in the hair would help to separate it from the background.
You are too Good!! I do like the tip on the hair thing, It would so give a little more, and do a little separation. Thanks again for this Great review! Bev
Very cute girl and cute pose. She's a little stiff, especially in the hands, but that is typical of non-professional models. That's one reason I prefer candids. I think you have over processed a bit. The white dot sparkles from over sharpening show in her hair and pupils. If you see sparkles blink off and on when you turn preview off and on then you might want to dial down the sharpening. It's ok for people to be a little soft. Hope this is useful.
Thank you for the review! This picture again was only touched with darkening but know sharpening, so could this be lighting or maybe the camera on the wrong setting? Every comment I can use. Or maybe if I unsharpened would that work, I'm going to give it a try, but please any tips are greatly appreciated! Thanks again Bev
Thanks so much for this Review! I was a little worried about the lighting but she liked it too, so This Review just makes my day even better! Thanks again! Bev
Lovely outdoor portrait! I like the look on her face and the expression is great! I like the blurred background makes this pop! Thanks for sharing! Cindy
