This is obviously a 12 star rating but 6 is as high as they let me go. I cannot tell you how absolutely marvelous this is. When I become rich and famous (one can always hope) I want to buy this so DO NOT SELL IT without checking with me first...lol It is so beautiful it brought tears to my eyes.

Awesome work, one glance at the small icon and I had to check it out. The colors all fall in to play. Very detail really intrakit. Tells a story of the child dreaming of the stars, and the butterfly that represents life. I love it. Rita

This is precious. It reminds me of the children's story Der Kleine Haewelmann by the German author Theodor Storm. It is almost unknown in the Americas but you seem to know it, do you? In any case this is just as made for a book with that story in it. I love the blue of the night seem to lay like mist or a vile over the picture. The planets and stars like silent guards and a butterfly bringing beautiful dreams.
I wished I had six stars left!

In any case this is just as made for a book with that story in it. I love the blue of the night seem to lay like mist or a vile over the picture. The planets and stars like silent guards and a butterfly bringing beautiful dreams.

Thank you so very very much for the beautiful review, Cleo. No, I've never heard of this author, but did look it up on the Internet. Most of what I found was in German. There was extensive info on the author though. I will get more info from you later :)

I think the author was n ever published in the US. He was wan of my childhood favors. [I think he still is one of my favorites] I'm currently working on adaptions into English of some of his tales. Feel free to ask for any info. ~Cleo
