Wonderful capture of this bird, great colours on the eye, and neck, set against the very vivid blue sky makes him stand out. like the blurred edge at the bottom.

This is a nice photograph of a pigeon. You really captured great detail in his feathers, beak, and eye. The color is very nice. I am one who usually does not like blurred foreground. Sometimes it is unavoidable but I would seek to minimize it in this case with some small cropping. Other than that this is a very good image.
