This is a good photo of this pigeon, the colors and the clarity are all good. Like the details on the feathers. I am wondering if the lower half white textured are could be slightly reduced it seems to act a s road block to sassily getting into the photo. Other then that small thing, this is a nice image in my way of thinking.

Great focus on this image as well as great composition. I love the vibrant clear blue sky in the background. The bird kinda looks angry though which is amusing.
I love the purple on his neck it looks really cool and adds to the already great mix of colour.

Lighting is great and is against a very blue sky. Color harmony is good. The pigeon is the center of interest. Focus is good. You have captured every aspect of the bird with colors and detailed texture. It appears he is sitting upon a stone wall. Story telling could be you would appreciate the view from here.
