I really like the stylised composition and simplicity of this. It is a very creative yet simple; photograph, that makes me want to look a bit longer. Robin

It is interesting with the reflections on the water. Is the only light from your flash? When I was younger I walked the beach many times at night. It is very romantic. Focus is very good. Framing is well done.

great immediate impact, nice reflections in the water and perfect composition. On a lighter side, this could be a Cialis commercial, lol.

This must have been a difficult shot to make. I like what you've captured here and the nice framing. Exposure speed must have been difficult as there is some motion blur

Good idea for a night shot - after the sun has gone down and sunseekers have gone home. Well composed, but for me, it is too blurry. and seems to have some distracting chromatic aberration, particularly around the parasol.

Nice shot of the beach at night, i would have tried to get a bit more of the village in the photo - ie: lighter (i assume that is it in the upper part of the photo)
I like the umberella but would have moved more to the right of it so that it wasnt blocking the reflection.
Good focus

Remember first, all reviews are subjective. They are created from the knowledge and experience of a reviewer, so can vary drastically.
Newbies may mean well, giving higher ratings. Thoughtful ones can help us to improve our work.

Interesting, creative, could be sharper. Sharpening is lost in digital, when we work or just convert images. Post processing sharpening is usually necessary. The color in the upper left, is unidentifiable, might blur it more. Warm colors, lead the eye to the darker areas where nothing exists.

The white of the umbrella is well done, with a variation in values and the colors of the wall cots. This helps focus upon what is most important.

Gradation or values from highlights w/o detail to those with details, is good.
Mid tones, and dark areas with detail, to those without give it contrast, which adds to the impact on my calibrated monitor.

Some say they would not change anything in a photo.

Artists change many things, they put themselves into their art. They communicate things, that no photo out of the camera ever can. Personally, I prefer to be an artist, if we communicate our feelings, or improve an image, we were successful.
