A simple but very effective idea. This one screams art and is very well composed. Colors seem to be good although the top of the image the colors merge to a kind of grey. For perfection with this kind of art use an exposure meter and the incidence meter reading. Almost compulsory for black and white subjects as otherwise the black and whites will always have an element of grey from the camera settings. I like this image though, it works well.

Great concept the flower adds a nice touch of color to an interesting but color less bowl. The hot spots above the flower are a bit distracting and I would have liked more DoF for edge to edge sharpness of the bowl
