I have never seen one of these birds. He sure is an unusual color. Are you sure you aren't sitting on the ground beside him. An awesome close up. An excellent picture.

What a sweet little fella. Nice lighting on the image. colors are good on the plummage. Focus on the bird is nice. I find the soft focus at the front distracting.
