This is a totally fantastic shot. Great composition, focus, crisp detail and DOF. They sure are a beautiful butterfly. I've seen them in the North West Territories an Yukon. The lighter background pops the butterfly. Well done. Thanks for sharing.

The detail on the monarch are beautifully crisp and clear, as is the flower that he is feeding on. I like the bit of forground blur, as for me it adds to the sense of a natural setting, and a bit of a secret view. Donkeyoatey
