Tedmunro,
you are welcome and thank you for stopping and looking and commenting, much appreciated.
Nice close-up. DOF is good. Stamens are clearly defined. They stand out quite well against the background. Lighting is pretty good too. Nicely composed. Great job.

This is a really good shot and follows the theme of the contest well. Really nice and sharp details in the centre of this flower and great shades of orange.
Thanks for sharing and good luck in the contest

David,
You are welcome, thank you for your time and comments, all your efforts are appreciated.
I really like this shot and that it is a different view of a flower. It almost looks like an anemone under the sea moving in the water. Nice focus and framing. Good job!

Jennilynn,
yes I agree it does look like a anemone, thnak you for having stopped by and then your comments, they are appreciated.
Wow what a great macro. To get such detail up close like this is unique. The colors are beautiful. The softness of this just adds to the feelings that come for this piece of art. Very nicely done.

Doty,
I too liked the way this one came out, the softness and the refinement, subtlety of the pollen I thought was really a nice touch as well to the overall composition. thank you for you time and comments, all are appreciated.
Lovely detail of this beautiful flower. You did a great job with focus on the stamen, I would maybe suggest a bit tighter crop, but it's great this way too. Thanks for sharing.
