Wow Willie. This is beautiful. Fantastic up close capture. Great DOF. The background contrast with the subject which makes it stand out. Lighting is good. Composition is good. Excellent shot.

Very cool image! I have never seen one of these very interesting. Lovely colors and lighting well done . to catch him eating adds interest way to go. Great BG. Focua is lovely to see lots of fine details good job. Thank you on sharing your vistor I have enjoyed!

A very pretty and colorful bird- we do not have these where I am from. I think it is an unusual combination of colors in nature. Graet composition, focus and detail- great job!

Thank you so very much! Yes it is sunflower seed. That is all I feed them with the exception of corn for the squirels.
