Very well taken. Beautiful sharpness and very well framed. Nice colour and light plus good DOF. I also like pose of the bird that you have managed to capture.

Hi Willie,

This fellow seems to have a bit of curiosity. Love the cocked angle of its head. I'm surprised to hear that doves are game birds. I didn't know that. I think it's a shame too!

Love your focus and lighting. IN this phot you btougt out something I had never seen before....those brillant red feet. I'm sure going to be paying more attention now!
Thanks for sharing this wonderful inquisitive shot of the dove.

I really enjoyed it! :o) Helvi

Comments: Very good picture of the mourning dove. In Kentucky this bird is called a rain crow. Often they will call more frequently just before a rain. I like the way you composed and cropped this picture. Thanks for sharing.

What a great picture. I love the tilt of the bird's head. The focus is great against the blurred background. It really makes the dove pop. Exquisite.

Another great shot here Willie. Focus is so sharp, detail flawless and colors so crisp. The eye immediately drawn to that of the bird, black like marble encased by a soft baby blue ring, blending nicely with the slight blue on the beak. His wee pitchfork feet such a rosy shade pop out, and that look of inquisitiveness is just adorable. Great shot
