A truly fantastic photo of the hummingbird. the sight wouldn't let me give you a higher rating. I have never seen a hummers nest.
the photo is extemely well focused and the details are superb.
the colors are very natural and the lighting is very good. I would love to take a shot like this.

Comments: Great picture. Any time I have tried to take a picture of a humming bird I become frustrated. They are very hard to capture. You have done so with a clarity that is outstanding. Thank you for your excellent artist notes. They are very complete. Thanks for sharing.

Ho you ever saw her is amazing. Their nests are so small. I like the way you got such a neat close up of her. The write up is very interesting too. An excellent picture.

Thank you so very much! This was a thrill to see, espically seeing the eggs. They are a little pinkish in color and they look like miniture chicken eggs! I will be watching it close! I want some baby hummer pictures!!

Super closeup of hummer on the nest. You said it is a male, yet you called it 'her.' The males in my yard have the red scarf on the neck. Females are plain like this one.I like the sparkle in the eye and the material in the beak. Great composition. Good background. Good storytelling. Thanks for sharing.

Really nice detail, great composition and you have photographed it well in order to get the true length of its beak. Nice clear image.
