This is a good still life photograph.Your proverb implies that girls who eat applies should not date doctors :) The picture has come out well in terms of colour, light and composition.

Another very nice food capture. I like the saying about the apple and the teacher, but I can not remember it. Very good placement of the apples, but maybe the one in the back should be turned because it has a dent in it.

Not fair, I haven't had breakfast yet and these look so good. lol They really do look very good. You really do manage to get these wonderful photos of food. You are right about the light, it really did work. You must have really polished these apples before the shoot because the really shine. I like the angle and the crop so that the apples are not centered in the photo. It really works here. That is not always the case, but you really know how to stage your work, that is for sure. Thank you so much - I am still learning to "stage" - this morning earlier a couple of people mentioned needing to off from center the apples, and taking their advice and good suggestions, I went back and did that and then replaced my first image - just to let you know that I am into learning all the time! Thank you for your wonderful comments.

Great focus on the apples. The neutral background only helps them to pop off the screen more. The natural highlighting really is great. Good job
