A nice capture of him walking by your lens Mary. You handled exposure well and have nice clarity. Just a wee bit more light was needed on his eyes. I do a selective lightening in photo shop or Photo shop elements. Use the lasso tool trace the eyes and lighten.

Most here tell you to dodge the eye..I have found that technique to work sometimes..but to me..it blurs the eye...I use this tech mostly when needed.. Basically..I try to stand in the right angle to get the light I need..not possible with animals on the move.

Very nice! This photo has very nice color to it. The colors in the Tiger really Stand Out. The focal point is wonderful. Can't ask for a better center of interest. The tree right and the Tiger go well together her eyes seem to be turned towards you as if she is stalking her next meal. Thank for sharing.

Thanks Leenie, I do have a picture with the whole tiger but preferred the look of him stalking thru the jungle. Guess it is personal preference.
