This is truly a once-in-a-lifetime photo! How lovely! The colors are great and the fact that you were able to capture a hummingbird with their baby in this unique nest is incredible. The lighting is great and the composition totally works! The only thing that would make this photo better is a different angle, but that is nothing in your control! Great shot!

WOW, I have never seen a hummingibird nest and to see mom feeding her baby is neat.
The photo is very wery well focused and the details are very good. the colors are natural and the lighting is good.

This is just amazing that you found this neat and then are able to watch her feeding the babies. Does she only have the one? What a wonderful experience this must be to be able to see her doing this. I guess you will spend a lot of time watching to see when the baby flies off. I think it would have been better is you had cropped some of the blurred part off of the bottom.

I'm happy to hear the mother finally flew to the nest while you were there. What a great moment to capture. Even at this angle from the ground, I still enjoy the photo. I like the cropping/composition you ended with.
