Congratulations on such a wonderful moment well captured. I know just what you mean about the shaking part...happens to me all the time. You've been very patient waiting for your chance. I've never seen a hummingbird's nest although we have many in the area. Look at how nicely it's made! Good lighting allows for a lot of detail. Nice view of baby's beak peeking out. Wonderful catch and great entry into the contest! Lynnmarie

Thank you so very much! The nest is made from cottenwood and spider web. The green you see on the outside is liken from tree trunks.

These shots are so frustrating, because you know they would be better at a different angle... I like that the focus is on the mother bird and baby and not the nest, nicely framed between the branches.
