I would really have liked to sit on that bench and look at the lovely tulips. The whole scene looks so peaceful. Your image is full of lovely colors and the use of light is good. Your focus is nice and sharp. I think the composition could benefit from a bit more cropping on the left side and at the bottom. The placement of the bench within the frame would work better and give a nicer balance. Still I think this a lovely photo, and I wish you luck with the contest.

This is really a pretty scene! The colors are very good. It is also telling a story. It would be to your advantage to tell a little about where this was taken, what you were thinking, camera used and settings.

It was taken in a Botanical Garden in Romania in 2010. After i lost my mother I needed to take my mind away in a beautiful environment like this one. Thank you.
